If you are a BDR (Business Development Representative), Account Executive, or Sales Leader and aren’t using A.I. to automate some of your outreach, you are missing out on productivity gains. I wanted to share some of the outreach Prompts leveraging A.I. that I have been using to save myself time and become more concise with my outreach.
I have been leveraging BING for my model, as you can access GPT-4 for free right from within Co-Pilot.
Identifying the True Customer Problems:
Prompt: “Act like Jon Vander Ark (Name/Title of the person) the CEO of (Company Name/Location) Republic Services the Waste & Recycling, and Environmental Solutions company based in Scottsdale, AZ. List your top 3 challenges for 2024. Bullet points and concise answers only.”
Here is the response:
Certainly! As the CEO of Republic Services, I’m keenly aware of the challenges we face in 2024. Here are our top three priorities:
Cost Pressures: Elevated and persistent cost inflation, coupled with rising fuel costs, continue to challenge our operations. We must navigate these headwinds effectively to maintain profitability.
Sustainability Transition: We’ve transformed from a waste company to a sustainability company. Our commitment to environmental stewardship demands innovative solutions for waste reduction, recycling, and clean energy services.
Dynamic Environment: Uncertainty persists due to global events, supply chain disruptions, and economic fluctuations. Our agility and preparedness are crucial as we operate in this ever-changing landscape.
These succinct points encapsulate our strategic focus for 2024.
Now you can take this one step deeper by finding the underlying problems with each challenge: Prompt: “Now list 3 symptoms for each challenge above. Bullet point and short answers only.”
Response here:

Margin Squeeze: Shrinking profit margins due to cost escalation.
Budget Constraints: Strained financial resources impacting investment decisions.
Sustainability Transition:
