Our Hack For Finding Emails of Executive Leadership

If you are in the Small Business verticle, then it can be difficult to find contact information of your prospects. Today we will share some hacks to find email addresses at scale, using a few specific strategies.

I have worked in the SMB space before and when you get your prospect list, and there are 1,000 customers to prospect into, you may feel overwhelmed and not even know where to start. The good news is that (especially in the SMB space) some emails are right out in the open for the taking. This also applies to Freelancers and Recruiters who will find these strategies very helpful.

We just need a few free tools to accomplish this. However, as a word of caution, do not use the following strategies for any unethical purposes.

The first tool is going to be a Search Engine, and for this example, I will use Google. Let’s say you want to look for all the CEO’s or Founders with email on Linkedin who reside in New York City. Go to Google and type in this exact phrase:

site:linkedin.com "Founder" New York City @Gmail

This will bring up a page that looks like this:

Pro Tip: You can use this same process with Instagram, X (Formerly Known as Twitter), TIkTok, and the list goes on.

From there, you can use a Chrome Extension Data Scraper solution (WebScraper.io, Scraper are a few others): I am using Data Scraper: What this will do is scape the page for data, and it can put it into a CSV or Google Sheet for you to then leverage for outreach.
